Great kettle. Easy to pair with Alexa. Boils water quickly. Multiple heating temperatures. It also stopped working after 3 months and had to be ordered again. This time I bought a guarantee.

I like it so far. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the base has absolutely no slider. I mean the feet are hard rubber and they slide around everywhere. I had to buy something from that foam box to keep it in place. Otherwise. I love this shop!

It's the best thing after sliced bread! Alexa compatible, I run it from my bed so my water is ready for a french press when I come downstairs! Luxury! My only complaint is the cleaning. On the other hand, we found that we had hard water because the minerals at the bottom and around the glass had hardened. Bad news, it's very anti-leak. I find it difficult to remove all of these minerals because there is a ledge at the top so not all the water runs out easily.

I loved this as most of the items I have are IoT related. I followed the instructions (remember I work in IT and I'm a techie) to add the device when the light is flashing rapidly, which is what I did. This will stop the light and do nothing and cause a timeout. So I think it's a crappy app, the problem is you'll never get it to work - no support because it's based in China. I was excited at first! I synced the kettle with my Alexa so that when I say "good morning" she turns it on. Then after 3 or 4 months the app notified me that the kettle was out of base although clearly it wasn't a big deal, I only rearranged it 2-15 times and it was gone, a bit annoying.
