Great individuals to work with - great team and services

I like that they are easy going, professional & understanding! They have helped us build relationships through our platform where we can grow as artists together instead solely focusing around monetary gain alone (which has been my biggest struggle). There isn't anything i dislike about them but if there were things then perhaps it would be their communication skills when working outside certain hours or specific days/nights? Great company who works efficiently

Kosmiqs is a great and dedicated team of marketing and project managers. I appreciate the constant contact with the team to ensure a smooth project management. I haven’t noticed anything in particular. I appreciate the company’s team for the great and dedicated efforts in the past for our project management, with a project completion time of just over a year. Very Pleased with How Things Have Gone So Far

I like how their team works as one unit, they are always willing to go above & beyond what's expected from them! They have been very helpful when it comes time to integrate our systems into theirs (which has happened multiple times). Their customer service skills leave much room for improvement though - sometimes things take longer than we'd expect or want but that doesn't seem too common at this point? Overall great experience so far!! We've started using KOSMIQS because there was no other way

  • The responsiveness in terms getting questions answered quickly is really something you can lean back on knowing your question will get some attention soon after being asked regardless if its during work hours or not..I'm sure many small business owners would find such ease valuable!!! Also love seeing progress updates posted regularly throughout development phases :)
