Description of Koyo Bearing Complement 6800Rpm Rotational

Drawn cup needle roller bearing for applications with high dynamic loads. Drawn steel outer shell (cup) has a reduced cross-section for use in restricted spaces. Full complement of rollers for higher radial load capacity than caged rollers. Through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel rollers for heat tolerance and durability under heavy loads. Meets standard ASTM F2162 for quality assurance.

Failed to Meet Expectations

My analysis of this bearing showed that it falls short of its claimed rotational speed. While it may work for lighter loads, it is not optimal for heavy machinery..

Efficient and Reliable Bearing for Industrial Application

This bearing has exceeded my expectations as it has shown great performance in my industrial setting. The rotational speed of 6800 rpm is impressive and it has a broad working temperature range. The complement feature makes it more suitable for high load application too .However the initial cost is slightly higher compared to other similar bearings..
