Nice and easy to install

The faucet came quickly and was well packaged. The quality was very good and I was able to install it myself despite my lack of plumbing skills. I just followed the instructions that came with the package. I chose this faucet to replace a 20 year old faucet in a rental property that I was unable to revive. Great product but not much support

We have identified a faucet line leak problem. I called support and was asked to send a short video of the leak. Which I did, but the tech said he couldn't "see" the video. I submit a second video and verify that it is a real "video" file. But still got the same answer. What worries me is that I am a customer and I am telling you where the leak is coming from.
