    Great screws - no rust!

Fantastic outdoor screws for soft woods like cedar. The screw heads never come loose and the blue stain prevents rust. We have several Adirondack chairs made by us that are still going strong even after 3 years!

    Pros
    • Case-hardened steel will not bend, crack or break.
    Cons
    • New competitors have appeared.

    High-quality outdoor

I have used these for joining 3/4" to 1 1/2" thick lumber. Unlike many cheaper screws, I've never broken a Kreg screw. I also had Blue Kote bolts out in Texas for ten years with no rust. I wish they were cheaper but with them you get what you pay for.

    Pros
    • coarse thread for softwoods such as pine; and for plywood, MDF, chipboard
    Cons
    • Large and Bulky
