This kit is a good buy, also includes some extra black washers for later use. Because of this, the handle stops passing water.

Worked great! I'm tired of changing rubber seals. After 12 years, Easter came to replace the valves. They worked great.

Must be supplied with o-rings to fit the chamfer in front of the stem. Not included. You can't find them either. Crown says go, salesman. The seller cannot be reached. IF I know the size I can just get it from ACE but NO I have to try different washers/O-rings and waste a day.

I was very happy that they arrived and the sealing parts were the same as the stems I had which had failed after long use. I did not know that the shaft length is not the same. I mean the parts that failed on the old ones are the same as on this model so I only replaced them to avoid the tricky situation of stopping the water flow and getting the sink working properly.

The first time I got this kit it worked great - everything you need (2 seats, 2 grips, lots of washers). Then I ordered again and it was completely different (1/4 turn ceramic knobs) I thought it was a mistake. Tried again - the same. They seem to have now replaced the repair kit with a spare - not the same - no instructions - can't figure it out and it doesn't help that some of the plastic parts were broken. I returned - I give up.

More of a replacement than a repair kit. I assumed it would be loose parts and I would just replace the worn out washers, but this completely replaces the entire handle and shaft, and the best part is that it replaces the faucet for a 1/4-in -Ceramic cartridge replaced. This is way better than before and more durable. I definitely recommend this part, it's basically like an upgrade to the Krowne Royal Series faucet that comes standard with that 1/4 turn ceramic cartridge.
