Please do not listen to negative reviews. This little guy does what he's supposed to do - makes a decent cup of coffee, especially since you can use your own coffee grounds. For those of us who like decaffeinated coffee, capsules leave little choice between brands. I have a favorite brand and that's all I need. I have a Krups coffee/espresso coffee maker that makes fantastic coffee so I was expecting something good from this coffee maker. First, the on/off instructions are confusing. I've had two Keurig cars that I didn't like. The water wasn't very hot and I couldn't find any coffee that impressed me. He always seemed so weak and watered down.
