I only bought this on April 7th so the 30 day return window is closed so I thought I'd write a review to warn other people not to buy this junk. Tried to reconnect, nothing, dead. We had no surges, thunderstorms, nothing, he just died. What a waste of money!

This surge protector has been great so far, especially after working remotely without placing all the electronics. These are unique to other power strips due to the extra length and space on the strip between the plugs. Easily accommodates 8 different sizes and types of plugs. Another practical feature is that the phone can only be charged with a cable, no adapter. I definitely recommend this item.

I just don't understand how often we have to buy these faulty products. I am willing to pay more for products that work (WARNING SELLER). This product has a long cord (almost impossible to find). But the USB ports didn't even work out of the box. The plug ports work, but they don't have enough power to charge the iPad Air2. Engineers will be the first to tell you how brilliant they are. Why no one can easily charge devices. This is built by price and clearly untested. Do not buy!

Replaces a really old one. This is perfect for my needs. We have a 1904 farmhouse. And we haven't renovated the living room yet, so I don't have outlets near the chair. I bought this on purpose due to the long cord. My computer was about 6 inches from the outlet so I couldn't run the cord along the wall and it always got in the way, but this is perfect. I needed a splitter to connect my TV and accessories (receiver, blu ray player, wii, raspberry pi, fire stick) so I needed quite a few connectors for that could work with bulkier plugs as well as a cable to reach the entire block to the nearest wall.
