The hand holding the Death Star was not attached when it arrived. Although I could understand that, one of the parts of the belt came loose. I will fix it with super glue. I am going to give it to my brother for Christmas so I don't know if he will like it.

Bought as a collection. The design is impractical. The lever for the Nutcracker is at the back under the cloak. For me, the underwear fabric was sewn over the top of the handle. It could not be used without cutting the fabric to release the lever. The packaging/box seems adequate but mine was shipped in a larger box with a few other items. I bought my 2017 from ThinkGeek for $11.99 which was a good deal. I wouldn't buy it at the current price.

We ordered 3 Darth Vader nutcrackers and all 3 arrived with arms glued so badly that they separated from the body in the box. The gold label below wasn't centered in the middle of the base and you have to decide if the label is facing out or the Nutcracker is facing you with the label on the right. I thought Kurt Adler's products were much better designed considering the price. Santa's Elf (my wife) worked hard to fix all three so she could give them away for Christmas.
