As a result of using this product, I found that the design and quality were subpar. The paint was chipped and the details were not well-defined, making it look cheap.

The first came without an asterisk. They issued a refund and I ordered another one. Customer service was quick and helpful but a second one came and the star was glued in when you can see it is attached to the ring. I can live with glue. The gifts were dyed a different color than pictured but still beautiful. This is a beautiful nutcracker and my daughter loved it! She loves Elmo.

Nutcrackers were his favorite Christmas decorations when my son was little. Now that he's grown up and living in his own house, I've started sending him a copy every December 1st. Each symbolizes what is happening in their life in that particular year. Kurt Adler does so many different and unusual things that I have no problem finding what I want.
