🌟 Kurt Adler 10-Light Gold Star Indoor Rattan Treetop Review

I'm in love with this star! It's simple and rustic, made of gold-colored branches. I was a little intimidated when the reviews said it was heavy and difficult to attach. The conical mount doesn't work at all. So I slipped the top branch through the bottom of the star and hooked it to one of the star's branches to hold it securely. It was definitely worth the price and better than I expected. I got so many compliments.

I love this treetop star. It's a rustic take on a traditional star and fits in perfectly with my decor. A minus? That is hard. Even when I fold branches to attach it to give it a stronger base, it leans. Neither I nor my friend could get him to stand up straight without leaning one way or the other. Not such a big deal because we love it so much we put up with it anyway, but it's just something to be aware of! I also have an artificial tree so it might work better on a real tree.

I read reviews about this star where people said it was difficult to attach to a tree. I pushed them aside because, in my experience, it's always difficult to attach the top to a tree, especially if it's a star. But this one is VERY difficult to put on. I found it easiest to just remove the plastic clasp and just thread my fake branches through the star wire to keep it that way. It looks great from a distance, but up close you can see the branches going through the star, which is a bit strange.

I love this tree star - it glows beautifully and complements our 7ft tree perfectly. Brown extension (I don't know why they didn't make it green to match the wood?). I really like it but it's very fragile and the branches break easily. The product does not go well with a tree stand. It came with some kind of cheap tree stand. My tree didn't match, the star didn't rise and didn't even match the color of my tree. I love the look of the product so I took a tan hair clip and attached it to a tree which solved my problem! The cord is also light brown in color, when you first place it on the Christmas tree and tuck it in, then you won't notice the cord.
