Description of KYB 349071 Excel G Gas Shock

KYB recommended OEM replacement shock for SUVs and Crossovers. Specifically calibrated to help restore the original handling and control characteristics of the Jeep Wrangler. Uses a seamless working cylinder matched with a Teflon coated piston band for a positive seal and longer life. Triple chrome plated piston rod and multi-lip oil seals that reduce wear. Solid seamless mounting eye rings and bolt bushings to eliminate rattles.

Doesn't fit my Jeep. Replacement parts to fit

Not suitable for mt Jeep although Revain does. I have a Smoky Mountai Jeep Wrangler with big tires, this could be an issue.

2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport JK

Bought a 2011 Wrangler Sport a few months ago and needed to diagnose some issues which led me to put everything back to stock as the previous owner listed it. By fitting those factory sizes (front and rear pair) it drove like a sedan, which was a shocking revelation. The rear bump swinging on the Autobahn is gone as the dampers are now doing their job and the previous ones have most likely been done away with. Good quality - slightly more action than OEM

Easy installation on my Wangler. No problem with screws. The ride is a little more "choppy" than the 50,000-mile OEM shocks they replaced.

Doesn't fit mt Jeep even though Revain made it. I have a Smoky Mountai Jeep Wrangler with big tires, this could be an issue.
