It's worth buying - spare parts

So far so good. Very easy to install. My only complaint is that I wish they were black and the wellies didn't need zip ties. But none of them are worth the stars.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Requires socket

Fiction! - Replacement Parts

An amazing product that made a huge impact on my truck's rear suspension! I ride my Avalanche every day like it's a Silverado, pulling trailers and heavy pods. These shocks have given me more confidence that I can handle heavier loads.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons

Only marginal increase in performance

Fits as it should. However, I don't see the performance increase that others are reporting. It's an easily noticeable change in my Tahoe's role. I'm keeping them because I don't want to change them anymore.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

No more junk shock absorbers KYB

So the ride was good at first. A week later, one fell out and began to leak profusely. Raven replaced him. I put a new one in and it started leaking within a day. I couldn't believe it. Not happy because I put KYB on the A-pillars. Now I need to change the 2 week lock. I'd rather go through with this than leave that junk on my Yukon and it leaks. garbage and waste of time.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Frequency

great product for shocks, struts and suspension

I installed them on a 2013 Suburban LT 4x2 with no air spring. It's a heavy car, which is why I chose the KYB MonoMax over the Bilstein brand. I've used both and this model just lasted longer for me on a heavy vehicle like a commuter. I don't come off the pavement often, but I've improved the horsepower and torque with a variety of other aftermarket and performance parts. I used to swing a lot when accelerating. Since I've put them on the ride quality is very good and they have less body roll…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cables shorter than others
