Wow, what a difference! I put them on my Baja Beetle and it drives great and handles very well off road! Very smooth on the road! I love her.

Excellent quality for the price. You drive on the hard side, but the benefit of stiffer suspension is that it makes your car stable and safe.

Damper well fitted, comes with lower arm spacers. Unfortunately, when the car was lowered to the ground, it burst and liquid spilled out. Luckily I still had a free exchange period.

Bought these for my VW Sand Rail to start assembly. When lowering on the lift, one of the shock absorbers flew out and all the oil flowed out. Even before it was driven. Missed the return window and haven't even driven the buggy yet. The one that didn't break works great.

Okay so I did some research when it came to ordering a rear shock absorber for my 71 Super Insect . After about a week of research on various VW sites, I've come to the conclusion that these are exactly the ones I need. After installing it, which took about 15 minutes, and putting the wheels back on, I realized how bad my old ones were! As long as I love her! It looks like a moving cloud!

Great dampers but one was missing two small floor spacers to fit my 70's bug. I've tried contacting Revain regarding this, but the KYB customer support site that Revain referred me to is down. You will need two small spacers that were missing from one of the shocks. Many Thanks.
