Easy to clean - grater, vegetable cutter and slicer

This is the best ginger grater I've ever had (I've tried many) because it grates quickly and is easy and very easy to clean, no holes for parts to get stuck like other graters

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

The indentation is bigger than me though

It's more than I expected so it's not good for garlic as they advertise it. A small ceramic plate from Kyocera is better suited for this. Great for other things (cheese, ginger).

Pros
  • grating
Cons
  • working speed

Food sticks to him. in the kitchen and dining room

Tried with garlic clove, ginger and lemon zest. They all stick to this item and you can't eat anything from it. Of course, it's possible that I'm missing something in terms of usage, but that seems pretty straightforward.

Pros
  • Kitchen utensils and gadgets
Cons
  • Quality

You need it!: Rub

This is the second one I've bought. This is without a doubt the best kitchen tool for grating fibrous vegetables (ginger, turmeric, lemongrass), take your pick. It's ceramic so it's sure to break if you drop it, but other than that it's very durable and well made.

Pros
  • Kitchen and dining room
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Throw away the Micro Plane

The Micro Plane was the only tool I used to grate the ginger and garlic and it is very difficult to peel. There is a pizza sauce recipe that involves adding grated onions to the pizza sauce. (Children won't make a fuss, and adults won't be able to locate the umami amplification.) Cleaning up that sharp microplane can be a dangerous endeavor. Incorrect/incomplete glazing on this ceramic instrument is a disappointment. The spots missed by the glaze are on the back of the grater. Since I needed to

Pros
  • Graters, Peelers and Slicers
Cons
  • New competitors appeared
