Kyocera FKR 140GR Green Ceramic Knife Review

This is my third replacement for her knife. I love it but I stand my ground. You are fragile and your friends and family will break them for you. Then you write about your replacement.

I love these knives. Insanely hot! We've broken one off in the past when it was being used to break up something it wasn't supposed to be used for. Aside from that, if you avoid twisting the knife as you cut, they're amazing.

I love these Kyocera knives. They look fragile but are better than your regular metal knives. They wear out but take up more space than your regular regular knives. I use this knife to cut everything from meat to tomatoes.

This knife is great for chopping vegetables. However, the blade is brittle and broke into 3 pieces on first use. It's not like I'm trying to prune a tree with it. I hope Revain refunds the purchase price.

I originally bought this knife from a store in Japan. After 8 years of faithful service to my family, the knife broke. The blade broke. I never had to sharpen it. 8 years old and never sharpened. If I can replace every knife I have with a ceramic knife, I will. By the way, I paid twice as much for the same knife in Japan. Same package and everything.
