The KZ headphones come with at least two types of cables that look exactly the same. This product comes with AS-#, a wire sleeve that shapes the wire over the ears and maintains its original shape when bent. This is NOT the cable that comes with BA which has a memory sleeve that will retain any shape it folds into in your pocket. What a terrible idea.

They are a great replacement if the cable that came with your original headphones breaks but you still have the same faulty weak connector as your phone. These are not durable at all. If I get another pair as a third set of cables, they stay at home, don't stuff in my pocket, and aren't used on the go. With a 3.5mm headphone jack that old, you'd think it would have improved so much over time that almost nothing would break, and that's not the case with these cables.

I think it can improve the sound quality a bit, but what I like most about this cable is the cable itself. It seems to be a lot more durable and a lot less tangled than the cable that comes with it. Overall I'd recommend this, but only if you really need a better cable (maybe a big improvement in terms of sound quality, but I can say I didn't notice a huge difference in the sound quality of my music). . ).
