The hair was soft right out of the box. The color match was perfect. However, on my second week I use 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners (I like to condition my hair, don't shampoo), I use Olaplex Oil, Kendra Platinum Styling Spray along with AG Hair Smooth Firewall Argan Shine & Flat Iron Spray and my hair feels dry . . Still looking for the best brand in Revain. I will try another brand and give up on this one.

Perfect match! The color is superb! Only plaintive tape stinks. I washed my hair 3 days after styling, 2 fell out. I washed again after another 3-4 days and it's not true, every single one fell out. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these hair extensions. I've had them for about 6 months and couldn't be happier. I have short hair, I use 3 packs. The hair is of very good quality and is holding up well. I'm also a stylist and have reused my sets once or twice. Maintenance is the key to extending the life of your extensions.

I ordered Rooted 18 inch tape in 1 baht 10/60 The delivery was very fast, the hair is of good quality and the color is perfect. I have a lot of gold and brass tones so this color works well for me. I like Rooted Tape, it's very well hidden. My natural hair is thin and about shoulder length. Nobody can even tell the difference between my hair and extensions. If left wet they dry very wavy like mine (see last photo). I will continue to buy them. I love her!

I ordered 2 of these boxes. A box was great! The box was sealed, the tape was very sticky, everything is fine. The other box was torn, the hair had clearly been taken out of the box earlier and the tape wasn't sticking to anything! Terrible! The second box also had a second label telling me it was probably marked as returned and they're just mad at me. Not good. I really want my money back.
