I have used several spools of lace-up leather for various projects and crafts. The leather is strong, pleasant colors and very durable.

Great stuff at a great price. Haven't tried ton load it and wouldn't - I doubt the top will hold up. However, he is hard to beat when it comes to pointing.

It looks like fiberboard but skin do you know where they get all that paper pulp from and then they put them together and then you get a "wood", which technically looks bigger than paper, that's exactly what this skin looks like

This product costs a few dollars more than others, but it's worth it. The smell of genuine leather - not an unpleasant smell, as I read in reviews of other products. 50 feet of quality leather on a spool, color as described and actually made in USA, Jeffersonville, Indiana. It will break the resistance, but it will break if you pull on it hard enough. I am very happy with my purchase.

This item is useless, at least for lacing up leather pumps like Sperrys. The moment you try to pull the laces to tighten them and lace your shoes, they break. This happened THREE times. I never had to put my shoes on. I went back to DuBarry laces - they cost more but they really work. This product can't cost less. This is a joke and not funny.
