It's charming and having a great time. I have three FW machines in my sewing shop and this one looks perfect. My husband put it on and it looks like he'll have to do a bit of fiddling with the scissors (pendulum) to get it swinging perfectly, but he said it wasn't difficult. I just love it. :0)

Just perfect in my vintage style sewing room. The product looks like stamped metal and is therefore very light. I just used a thin nail to hang it on the drywall. It looks cute on the wall and even my husband was impressed with the look. The scissors actually swing back and forth! This is a typical AA battery movement, so it lasts quite a long time. In the worst case I might have to replace the mechanism, I've done it on others and that's okay. The main thing is to look. and that's great.

Slightly smaller than average and very light. Don't expect strong, heavy hours. But it's more decoration than anything, not functionality, which is why my mother liked it. There is a screw hole on the back. I just drilled and installed the anchor, then the #8 screw. Battery is not included. Insert the scissors into the lowest part of the swing arm and then fold back the tabs. You'll probably have to bend the scissor shaft a bit to clean the watch, but it's not difficult at all.
