I bought this for my iPad Pro 12.9 2nd gen with a thick otter case. The photos I saw of the Revain weren't the best and no one mentioned if it would fit in the thick case. Here's proof that it fits. Perfect! Holds my rear mounted Lenovo Chromebook Duet with no issues. You can easily switch it to landscape or portrait mode. It was bought refurbished and I can see no signs of wear. It was better than the first one I bought where the stand couldn't support it due to the insufficient weight of the stand. There seems to be a problem. I want it to be able to bend or stretch in any direction I want without falling off. This one couldn't, but at least it was strong enough to hold a tablet. So it still works to hold the tablet firmly and not drop it, but it just can't bend.

This stand looks perfect on me. Whether you use it to watch TV, cook recipes, zoom, FaceTime, talk, or whatever else you can think of, this stand can do it. If you have a 2020 iPad Pro, wide cases with an Apple Pencil slot don't open up enough for the iPad.

This is my third stand. It replaces one that broke off just at the point of the rod where the device holder pivots. I've honestly always found it very difficult to insert an iPad with the lid closed. This version is amazing. Very strong, the locks holding each connecting rod in place work very well. But most importantly, the design of the real mount makes it very easy to insert my mini iPad with the lid closed. Stretching this part of the stand is easy and holding it at any angle is no problem.

Bought two of these. The first, the ball bearing that rotates the stand, was a bit loose but still workable. I got another one for my second iPad 12.9 tablet and thought the second one would be better but still the same problem.
