The product itself is great. The supplied instructions leave a lot to be desired. All pictures, no written instructions. I've used pumps like this before, so I haven't had any problems. I think the first time user will be confused.

I've spent too much time messing around with this stupid pump so I don't want to waste any more time writing this review. The pump just doesn't work. I don't know if there is any support that can help me, but I've tried everything the manual says to no avail. So don't waste your money and time with this pump.

When unpacked the packaging looked good. I opened everything up and the leg was broken and whatever caused it the main tank was dented too. I plugged it in to see if it works and it works. I would like a new replacement leg or maybe a discount as I am not trying to send it back I was looking forward to this pump.

I did not expect that! My husband loves this flat water pump. It's like a new toy for him. He talked about how well this pump works for about 3 days. It's from a company none of us knew about. It's all about reviews. That's the only reason we chose it, and it's after months of searching. Well done "LANCHES"

Replaced my well pump and bladder with this one. All in one block. The stainless inlet and outlet NPT pipe threads were terribly cut off. After 4 attempts. I finally stopped flowing. With what you might think is too much tape. I'm happy with the pump itself. Almost like a well pump on call. Runs fast and fast. And quieter than my old well pump. And with more power, the lights in my house no longer dim when turned on.

I have replaced a Grundfos pump which Grundfos says cannot be refurbished as it is no longer manufactured and parts are not available. They said I could buy their new model pump for ONLY $1200. no thanks, but no thanks. Instead I bought this awesome pump and pressure tank combo and have been happy ever since. American built with quality materials and quality design. The pump runs quieter and more evenly and with a pressure vessel prevents pressure drops. or bursts. I'm glad I bought it

update. After a year and a half the leaf seems to have started to leak. Now I have to add air pressure regularly. For this reason I deducted another star. To update. Almost a year later and still in service, it was the booster pump for my house. Worked for a good month or so. I had to adjust the set pressure to 40-60 but after that it was great. Don't forget to buy a check valve to put in front of it or you'll lose all the pressure when it shuts off. I bought cheap PVC from Lowes.

I bought 2 of these the first leaked like a strainer so I ordered another one thinking I could fix the first one or send it back I need a pump for my water system to my house, the second one doesn't leak but it doesn't build up enough pressure to wash clothes or take a shower as far as I'm concerned it sucks the Harbor Freight 1hp pump that was here when I moved in blow Get rid of these pieces of shit, no pun intended, unless I lived on an island in AK. and it cost so much i would send them…
