Landworks Quality Assurance Issues

As a product manager, I was dismayed by Landworks' lax approach to quality assurance. They had a wide selection of outdoor gear, but most of it was cheaply made and easily damaged. Customers who had bought Landworks' items frequently contacted us to complain about corrosion, loose fittings, and cheap construction. Their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful while trying to resolve these problems. It's unfortunate that such potential was squandered due to carelessness.

Landworks was a complete and utter letdown for someone like myself who puts a lot of thought and effort into their outdoor workouts.
