The collar is too big for my dog and it didn't work when he barked. He is stubborn and also a big kid. It didn't work, but only because I didn't get through. Being sombre, wear it all the time. although the battery life was quite short.

I think the price and reviews are too good to be true. This is my second one (sent the first one that didn't work) and it doesn't work either. It beeps when I turn the power on but not when my dog barks, and it's not electric at all.

Arrived late, batteries were dead on arrival. Emailed the supplier, responded quickly but advised I replace the batteries and it should work. Of course he was wrong. I bought new batteries and he gave me a loan. The whale wasn't easy to deal with but I give them five stars because they went out of their way to help, the product works and their price is great.
