This is a great starter kit. The first thing you need to do is buy some higher quality brushes. The included brushes are great for large blocks of color but not for fine lines and detail. Please note that additional brushes may not fit in the small box. So if you have a choice, go for the shorter handle option. DEFINITELY for beginners! The color isn't the best quality but my daughter enjoys it. When used with linseed oil, an equal parts mixture resulted in paint not drying for over a week. They are STILL wet after 10 days! So be careful how you make your foundation mix. Nice box, with cheap plastic inserts. A very small bottle of oil and paints but the colors are decent.
