I've seen these, I've seen reviews. I was afraid they wouldn't be what I expected. I love it! The brightness is exactly what I was looking for. They were easy to set up. Be careful unwinding the lanterns, you can pull the wire out of the solar panel. I highly recommend it.

Works as expected. Charges during the day, burns all night. Good thing there are 20 lights instead of just 10 like some of the others at Revain. This is one of my best buys in terms of LED lighting. They are bright enough to be easy to read. I have a large wooded area and they make great (if not the best) garden and street lighting. So far they hold a charge all night. I tighten the lids from time to time to keep them dry (the only reason I left the star). So far I have ordered two sets. I'm sure I will buy again. I feel like the lids need a little more work to ensure they seal. I would also like an option to collect.

The first set broke in shipping but Amazon fixed it! Replacement shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. The customer service I received was phenomenal. Glass headlights are great on their own! They are filled with just enough light to make them bright yet warm. I also like that this product comes with lenses, in most cases it doesn't. I am happy about this purchase! The warm light of the fairy lights makes my heart smile. I'm so glad I chose a replacement instead of a refund!

I ordered 16 for my garden and patio and loved them - they all work great, very bright and shine up to the morning. Unfortunately 2/16 broke into pieces. Not just in the form of a few cracks or a few large chunks, but literally in fragments; So I'm not sure how it happened when everyone else was fine. They are easily replaced with ordinary glass jars, so this is not a big problem, just an inconvenience. Overall I would buy them again but will keep that in mind to have a few spare lenses on hand

7/24/18: Update - Received replacement and works great! I don't know what happened to the first batch but they did well and I love the new lights! 7/19/18: Update - they offered to replace items for free. I will update again after I receive them. They said it was a random problem with the supplier. Let's see. When they arrived none of them had the battery that should have been included. So I found batteries at home, put them in, and only two of the four I ordered worked. GAVE them all BACK.

Fireflies look so adorable shining through a glass jar. The solar collector is very efficient for this time of year. I live in Bellevue, Washington. (Seattle suburb) and fall can be cloudy or rainy. I was hesitant to buy these based on all the reviews on the items. But mine work fine. I suspect that the problem is not with the product but with poor instructions. You need to remove the small white tab next to the battery under the cover. Then it works great! (The instructions don't mention this.) I set mine up at dusk the first night. In my experience, Mason jars have few basic uses. Of course, they were intended for preserving fruit and vegetables, and in some places for drinking sweet tea or lemonade. As kids we used them on warm summer nights to hold fireflies. Now we use them for garden lights.
