Bad fixing, good LEDs

The fixing system used for these lights is terrible. My passenger side light was a bit tricky to install but I managed without any modifications. However, the lighting on the driver's side was terrible. The only way to install it is to remove the rubber plug that is supposed to keep the water out. If the insert was partially modified to push the cork into the base it would snap into place fairly easily, I don't know why it wasn't designed that way. initially As for the lights themselves. Happy I bought them.

I really like the lights so far. I previously shot a video with the stock yellow headlights that came with my car and then with the LED headlights installed. It was a dark street and it was always difficult to see what might be on the side of the road. With these LED lights I can see if an animal is jumping out and see the streets much better at night. I really love these lights. With the help of YouTube and my friend, I showed you how to install them. It was a fairly easy installation process.

Nice bulbs, big upgrade from the standard halogen

What's not to like first: The tabs used to hold the bulbs in place have to be metal. They are easy to remove. Aside from what I said above, the bulbs are actually very good quality. The tabs are my only complaint. Case and fan work and fit as they should. Easy to adjust and align to get the right radiation pattern. The lamps get hot so I didn't bother to put the inner cover back on to allow the fan to draw air. I'm not sure if that will help or hurt me, but it made sense in my head. The…

The brightness of the bulbs is excellent but installation was not possible due to green rubber rings

Using these bulbs to replace the original HIR2/9012 halogen bulbs in the headlights on a 2017 Toyota Auris Touring Sport Hybrid.
