Cheaply made, good for external accessories

I ended up sending it back because it's cheaply made. Find well-designed, USA-made license plate holders at Craven Speed, a Portland-based company. So I ended up buying one from Craven Speed.

Don't go to a car wash!

This product works great when you install it correctly except my local Kaady car wash ripped the license plate, cover and bezel off the mount and scratched the side of the car. If you don't plan on using a car wash, that's great. Do not buy if you use a car wash.

Works perfectly, great quality at a good price!

Perfect for my 2018 Mercedes GLC 300. I didn't like the idea of drilling holes in the bumper and this is a great alternative. It moves a bit and I was afraid of scratching the paintwork on the sharp edges of the record, so I installed a silicone record holder. Looks great.

Simple and inexpensive solution

Worked great! I couldn't figure out how to install for a long time. It would have been better if it came with instructions rather than a hard install. I'm glad the license plate doesn't touch any part of the car. Even when driving on bumpy roads. When all the screws are tightened it seems very strong. I'm happy with the results!

Serves its purpose but lacks flair

This front bumper license plate bracket was fairly easy to install if you had the right tools; a couple of wrenches and a screwdriver. It fits on the front of my 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 but sticks out a bit and definitely doesn't improve the look of my car but does the job of preventing me from getting an expensive ticket.

The thing is broken! on frames

The clutch is broken! Now there's still a part in my car. I'll have to go to the dealer to have it removed, which I'm sure will cost us more money. I was very excited about it, but in the end it was more of an annoyance than a blessing. You will need additional tools beyond what is included. If you want to get it right contact me and I will update my review.

That does not work. in frame

Does not work. This product came without instructions. Included with the product was a screw that didn't really seem to have a place or use with the product. The included metal washer would have worked if it had been rubber. The back plate holding the disk does not remain stationary and rotates. The tow hook attachment itself is also removable. to my surprise I didn't lose my plate. Overall I would like a refund as this product literally does not work as advertised.

Does what it's supposed to do

This license plate holder is a great purchase for anyone who does NOT want to customize their front bumper. After moving from a 1-plate state (Florida) to a 2-plate state (California), my options for adding a front license plate to my CLA250 were fairly limited: either drilled holes in the bumper, or used a hitch adapter to get. . Installation was easy - for anyone complaining about the lack of instructions accompanying this purchase, you've got to be dumb ass. My only complaint is that theโ€ฆ

Not the strongest and you need proper tools to install it but it works and is cheap

Bought this for my W204 C350 which didn't have a factory front mount when bought although I needed it Bought in a condition that requires faceplates. Not wanting to drill into an otherwise perfect bumper, I looked at the towbars but was intimidated by the bad reviews for the cheap and the crazy prices of the premium models. I decided to give up and just buy an OEM drill mount, but even that was about $50! I ended up ordering this model believing that if it was bad I would only lose $20. aโ€ฆ
