Lasko 12 inch Table Fan - White, with 3-Speed Review

My old fan fell apart a while ago and was dusty so I decided to look for an alternative that matches the predecessor but honestly it's just a fan so nothing to say, except for the noise, which in my case does not bother me when used in the kitchen, but definitely does not attract attention. If you have this fan on your doorstep, there's no harm in trying it out, and it's cheap enough to just have on hand.

There are cheap fans and there are cheap fans. This is a cheap fan. Most visible parts are plastic. They aren't precisely machined so you'll have to play around with some of them to make them match. Plastics react to temperature changes and become brittle, so I would expect parts to fall off after a year. It's not particularly pretty, but I bought it as a fan, not as an ornament. If it works for two years, I'll be thrilled.

I use this fan in my grow room to move air under the canopy. It does a good job. My only issue is that I would like the low speed to be a bit slower, but for most uses this is probably fine. If you're looking for a personal style desktop fan, I would think it's a little overkill. It only took me five minutes to assemble, if that. I bought this fan in 2016 (3 years ago) and it still works. It's quiet, portable and easy to clean. I'm not a big fan of plastic, but this fan is well made. I have 3 of these fans and I really like them. I've had two of these for five years and run them for hours every day. I haven't had a single problem with any of them. They are made entirely of plastic and are therefore very light. It requires some assembly, but a few pieces fit together easily. The instructions are easy to understand and come with pictures.
