Premium Chrome Razor Chop Trunk Mount Latches for Harley Touring FL 1997-2008 – King Tour Pack Pak Review

bracket arrived early. It fits perfectly on my 02 Road King. Chrome looks great. I didn't see any flaws. I bought a razor travel pack from the same seller and both arrived earlier than expected.

I bought this mount for my shaver. Does not work well with shaving set. As soon as I fastened the clamp, one of the latches broke. Waste of money, waste of time

I like this look, I ordered it. Three months later it has worn out my rubber mounts and got so lost that I can't even use it anymore, traffic has broken all the fasteners on my touring backpack. It's not made to fit.

About 2 months after it was on the bike I noticed that your backpack was wobbly, took it off and found that the security latches were no longer attached to the mounts. Luckily the travel package didn't bounce off the road.

At first, the tour package holder made me happy. After about 7 months of use, I noticed that the retaining clips were loose, worn, or broken. The press fit pins that hold the mounting brackets to the main mounting arm have worn out in their mounting holes and have also become loose. I emailed the company Ecotric who sold the mount asking for a replacement but after 2 weeks have not received anything from them. I cannot recommend this mount.

Works as intended. I used latch parts from a Harley sissy bar. They are much better quality and fit better. I installed a 2019 Tour Pack on a 2006 Street Glide with a Custom Dynamics harness adapter and all lights and signals work. I check it from time to time to make sure it doesn't get lost and so far so good. The chrome isn't bad but would love to have it powder coated black. I remove the railings from the bottom to reduce the amount of all the poles and hardware.

I bought this bracket to get rid of most of the rear mounting points and clean up the fender area. I read reviews of poor quality fasteners and loose rivets, but decided to give it a try anyway. I wasn't worried about the latches as I was planning to replace them with better locks but I will say the ones that came with them were complete rubbish.
