I usually XS as I'm 5'6" and 6125 lbs so ordered a size down and it was too big for me as I like a tight fit . If you're comfortable with a loose fit, order one size up, otherwise stick to your actual size.

I'm 5'8" and 165 lbs. I ordered a large and it's not long enough. The jacket goes to my belly button when I put my hands up. Also the shoulders are too narrow I will not buy it again nor recommend it Also the material is not the best.

It was easy to give. The only complaint I have is that this item runs small so order one size larger than you normally wear. It was a present for my brother. He mentioned his strengths, very comfortable but too small. I bought the large, had to go for the XL

I've been wearing it for a little over a month or so. When I first received it I was impressed with the color but disappointed that it didn't look more like a traditional tracksuit (I have the navy blue suit) as it looks to me from the photos.
