LAX Dashboard Mount Phone Holder Review

When I tried this dashboard phone holder in my car, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked! The clip fit securely onto my dashboard and the adjustable arm allowed me to position my phone at the perfect angle. I loved being able to easily see the map on my phone without having to look down or hold it in my hand. This car phone mount was perfect for our 2015 Subaru Forester which like many models from that year does not have a built in navigation display. The phone holder fitted snugly into the dash where it held the iPhone securely and allowed the mapping program we were using to clearly show us the route we needed to take.

I instinctively knew it wouldn't work on the curved textured dashboard, so I attached it to the windshield where it stayed until I moved it to another a few months later built car. It doesn't move on a smooth glass surface. I don't have an outrageously expensive, huge, heavy phone, but it still held it in place.
