Great for parents! - Lacrosse

Excellent training ball. If you let your kids pass, he won't skip a mile, but stays there. It also hurts less if you miss a pass and the ball hits you.

Not what I ordered: Balls

I ordered Maryland flag balls. I got balls with the American flag on them. It was a birthday present for my granddaughter, NOT what a young LAX player wanted.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No instructions

Great for youth practice/beginners!

Great product for learning! Ideal for youth league/rookie training. The weight is ideal as opposed to rubber practice balls, but they are not as painful as getting hit with a real lacrosse ball. Makes them ideal for young beginners!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Little things

Real seeds inside attract animals

It worked great as an exercise ball, although not as well as a vox ball. However, after my kids forgot about it one day, the squirrels tore it apart because it seemed to contain natural seeds. Now he will walk with a ball of wax.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Okay

Great for playing around indoors!

Weight of a real ball. Much safer indoors = just last week while playing around with my teenager a ball flew and hit our flat screen TV. My son remarked if it was real; the screen would break. He has experience - he broke the screen a few years ago.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Does not fit all

Poor quality and performance -

Balls are very soft and squishy, so they lose their round shape when thrown into a reflector or when dropped on the ground. That means they don't roll well. They also let sand through the seams after you play with them. After just a few days, the seams seem to be showing signs of wear.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Don't leave them outside!

Really cool! We're constantly in the bushes and getting the usual sluggish balls. They definitely don't roll that hard and we love them. I give it a 3 because my kids left them outside where they keep their unwanted stuff and the squirrels tore them apart. It turns out they contain seeds! There are also small rocks but they were obviously torn by the seeds! You've only been with us a week - what a bummer.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Only available in white

Buy 12 packs and have fun!

I hate losing these practice balls in the woods because they are perfect for the game. My son plays for his college and ever since the season was canceled due to Covid he has been playing outside with these practice balls for hours every day and sometimes I join them to catch the ball too. It has a standard hockey net and baseball that works great with these balls. My PVC fence has been smashed by regular play balls in a few places, but luckily they just don't have the same effect.

Pros
  • One Year Trial
