Fun side scrolling game

My 4 year old loves this game! We encountered some freezes and glitches in the game. Despite occasional freezes, my daughter thinks she's playing just like her dad and she loves it.

Pros
  • Rugged interface
Cons
  • Legacy model

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

We recently started homeschooling. Bought as a supplement to learning letters, numbers and shapes! Didn't know it was also good for fine motor skills, coordination, critical thinking and more! My 3 year old loves it! This is how learning is fun!

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Expensive

This corresponds to the age of

My son is 4 years old and just learning how to use the remote control for games. This control has A and B buttons and up, down, left and right circles to move. I think it's perfect for him at his age. I don't really have a negative comment on this game just because it's designed for 3+. It shows letters, numbers, shapes and colors.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not sure

Good idea, but problems

I gave it to my son for his 5th birthday. He loved it! It was easy for him to navigate and he had so much fun doing it! Then the next morning we found that the controller batteries were dead. There is no way to turn it off! We assumed that time would run out, but it didn't. Batteries drained overnight. The fact that there is no switch on the controller makes this a complete waste of time. Unless you want to take out the batteries after each use.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Game for youth!

Well my son is almost four and a half years old and he really wants to play video games but he can't figure it out. If your child already knows how to play video games I don't recommend it, but it's a great way to teach them if they can't. It's very repetitive but until he got bored of it he just got it today and wondered how long it would take. But at least repeatability he has to learn. Highly recommended for children under 4.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

I like it but. - Education and training

I like this toy. I bought this for my son and even bought another one this year to give another kid for Christmas. I tried it to see how it works and to make sure everything is working properly. It was very cute with adorable educational games. It's basically going to be like his first video game (he likes to take my controller). The only thing I had an issue with was the HDMI gamepad and the controller doesn't have a power button so I removed the batteries from the controller. Controllers soโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • High price

Waste of Money - Education and Training

I thought this would be a great learning tool for my son. Incredibly disappointed. The controller is too big for most 3 year olds, my son is a big kid and can't use the directional pad. The games themselves are simple, and by simple I mean a simple 1980s platform where you collect gems and come across colors, shapes, letters or numbers that tell you something about yourself for 30 seconds. Other than that, there is no progression to keep the baby down other than simply collecting more gems that
