Waste of Money - Education and Training

I thought this would be a great learning tool for my son. Incredibly disappointed. The controller is too big for most 3 year olds, my son is a big kid and can't use the directional pad. The games themselves are simple, and by simple I mean a simple 1980s platform where you collect gems and come across colors, shapes, letters or numbers that tell you something about yourself for 30 seconds. Other than that, there is no progression to keep the baby down other than simply collecting more gems that do nothing. I wasn't expecting a fully fledged blockbuster progression game, but as a kid in the 90's I had educational games with more interactive depth and progression than this game. As a result, my son lost interest almost immediately. It's the kind of gaming system that tech-savvy grandparents buy for a kid they think is up to speed; and it turns out that there is another piece of useless garbage in the garbage
