Great for toddlers in electronic learning toys

My 16 month old grandson loves it although he is not yet old enough to master all the functions. 2+ years is probably the optimal target age, but the sounds fascinate younger children too.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Not sure

Giant Leaping Frog fan since our son's first birthday. That was disappointing simply because picking up colored pucks is not easy at all! My 21 month old daughter loves to clean but quickly becomes frustrated with this toy when it doesn't stick to things pushed directly towards her. I did a parenting test and felt his pain fully.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Refurbished

Great toy at Electronic Learning Toys

Great toy. He does not collect colorful chips with an electric motor, but pushes a toy vacuum cleaner forward. My 20 month old is constantly trying to bring the chips back to the front. It's designed for ages 2 and up, and rightly so. My daughter is too young to push the vacuum forward with enough force to pick up the chips. Arrived with faster delivery than expected. In general, I liked the gift

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Bad impression

Hard for a 3 year old to collect discs

This cute little toy vacuum cleaner is just for fun, but don't try to get your child to suck up "dust" (colored discs) as this is almost impossible. You need to make sure the hole in the bottom of the vacuum cleaner lines up EXACTLY with the disc in the bottom or it won't lift. This can be very frustrating for the child and make them feel like they are doing something wrong. If you buy this keep the vacuum and throw away the discs. TO UPDATE. When my grandson learned how to make it, he loved…

  • Confident
Cons

Not what I expected

After reading the description I got the impression that this is an educational toy. For some reason I had it in my head that he would count the pieces while you vacuumed (pick up the vacuum and "count"). I was also under the impression that it would recognize the color of the vacuumed washing machine. It's not like this. It just tells the child what color to choose and they have to choose it correctly. If the vacuum cleaner asks for blue and the child chooses red, then there is no mechanism to…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Useless features
