One of the best toys I have ever bought

This has to be one of the best toys I have bought in a long time. I work with children with ASD and this toy is phenomenal for developing fine motor skills. My customers love it! I have a few people who carry Dottie under their arm and treat her like a sensory toy (like one of those poppers). It's great for many things, I love learning resources!

Pros
  • Few competitors

Recommended age from 18 months but my grandson loves them!

My 7 month old grandson loves Dottie! I originally chose Dottie for my 2 year old granddaughter who loves these dimple toys. So great for fine motor and sensory activities. Add a little imagination and Dottie can become a new friend. I got good at Moooo! Like all learning resource toys, it is well made and very durable.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Useless features

Learning with a "butt" Dotty's Fine Motor Cow promotes the development of your child's fine motor skills and helps develop hand strength and twister grip. Dottie has spots of different colors all over her body. Your child can slide them in and pull them out again. Little Dottie also helps develop color recognition and tactile skills. Activity guide included. Recommended from 18 months.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Exchange option

Fun and durable toy

This is a cute and fun toy! The cow is made of hard plastic, easy to clean, and the six colorful buttons are made of silicone for curious little ones to push and pull. The toy is all one piece, there are no parts to lose and it appears to be very durable. This is a fun way to help toddlers work on fine motor skills and help them learn colors, although I wish there weren't two blue buttons, another sixth color would be better for learning colors. Light blue against dark blue is more difficult…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Empty

Cute but boring to me - pull out handles / insert handles! Well done.

Ok the cow is cute but there are 5 colorful shapes to slide in and out and HERE IT IS! The head doesn't move, the legs don't move - the cow doesn't do anything EXCEPT the 6 handles that can be squeezed or extended. You can play the game - click blue / drag blue etc. However, I just don't see the fun here! 3 stars! It's boring to me, but the cow is beautifully made. No corners and edges. Once my little one plays with this I'll let you know what she thinks! After all, this is really important! 3…

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Big and Chunky

Not the cutest toy

My daughter got this for her special education class. In her class she said yes. "Good." Definitely good fine motor skills to work on is a fairly simple, single purpose toy. Probably a few more things could be done to make it more attractive. Hard plastic case can injure someone if accidentally thrown (which is common in its class). It is better to use a softer material and a good fine motor toy. It's fun and colorful. But you need something more to be really attractive and interesting for more

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Our 4 year old loves this toy.

. He is currently 4 years old which he listed in October and this was one of his birthday presents. I wasn't sure if he would like it or not but I thought since he really likes knobbed toys which you must explore too I thought I'd give it a try. Since I bought it for him, I quite often find him somewhere in the corner playing with it while watching his favorite show. It's a toy I see him play with at least once a day if not more, and he shows that he really loves it. With our son, you always…

Pros
  • . High test scores for hold and durability.
Cons
  • . Not as thick as other toys.

Well made toy with basic concept - BONUS: No batteries, no loose parts! The cow is made of hard plastic and the multicolored buttons are made of soft silicone material. It's very easy for crawlies and toddlers to push in and then grab the square and pull out. When pulled, they make a soft "pop". The black/white/primaries grab the attention of babies and children (although it's odd that there are two shades of blue and no yellow). My grandkids love this toy! The little grandchild looks at him in

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different
