Great Customer Service and Speedy Connection

The best feature of leased line services has been speed! It's almost double the speeds I had with my current ISP (Comcast). And if there were issues where it would slow down they're quick to correct them - within minutes as opposed to days like from Comcast/Verizon/etc etc. I don't dislike much at this point but one thing could be improved more than anything else; price! They charge extremely inflated pricing when compared to some other providers who offer similar features & packages. If you…

Pros
  • Speed for video streaming, downloading large videos or media content is very fast using TWC
  • Also enjoy reliable reliability without interruptions due to outages experienced previously during heavy storms along many areas served under local area code
Cons
  • Minor Issues

Leased Lines - Flexible & responsive service

The pricing structure of leased lines from our telecom provider was very flexible with no minimums which allowed us to have more freedom when choosing what services were required. There are no downsides associated with this product so far but can see how there may be if…

Pros
  • Very good price point ideal for SMEs who require fast turnaround times between contracts/leases etc
Cons
  • Nothing in particular we have not experienced any downsides

Nothing really at this time as I haven't experienced any major issues with their support staff however some minor…
