Hot but good protection

So for starters I ride BMX not MTB. The knee pads are great, they have protected my knees from many falls and kicks. I also love that they are long enough to protect your shin, even tucking in your knees for extra shin protection. But the only downside I've found with them is that they get hot and sweaty, especially when worn under pants. But overall great, they don't move a bit and protect very well. Definitely recommend them
