I'm 5'11" and 195 lbs. According to the website I should have ordered X-Large. I did and it is oversized in all dimensions The shoulder pads hang low, the elbow pads almost hang off the elbows, the cleavage looks almost like a plunging neckline Also the chest/back protection was too low I will update when the smaller size arrives Also it looks/feels good look good.
