Excellent protection for PPE

I wouldn't call it light weight, no it does have some weight. However, it's a decent comfortable fit and I even forgot I put it on after 4 hours of enduro riding. It saved me last weekend when I crashed into a tree (which bounced off like a superball) at 15 mph. If I wasn't wearing it, I might not be writing this message right now. I definitely recommend it.

Pleasant and not noticeable when driving.

I'm 5'11" and 205 pounds, so I was right in between Leatt's sizing recommendations. Elevator I didn't realize it was on. Very happy with the product and Leatt makes a quality product. Be sure to invest in your body armor!

Armor protection for your body

Looking for a good value chest/back protection for MX desert riding. Had previously purchased a Fox Proframe LC Roost Deflector but returned it. Can be ok for small rocks and sticks but didn't feel as confident as Leatt. I'm glad I made the change. The Leatt has more protection in the front, back and slightly on the ribs. It also has a CE marking; Fox's quarterback was not present. Spend a little more. You can't go wrong with this!

Perfect but I think I should have ordered one with shoulder pads

I am 62 years old and weigh 250 pounds. I ride at the limit of my ability and crash. I bought it because I recently fell off my bike and it was a very serious injury. It's light but has protected me well from two recent falls. I was worried it would get too hot, but it fits well and is surprisingly comfortable. If possible I would like to add shoulder pads in the future.

  • Hands Free

Still the best bib despite a small flaw

I have never ridden with a more comfortable bib and have tried countless products over the last 20 years. Breathes well and you don't really notice it's on. It's even more comfortable than the smaller and lighter 3.5 model. The only problem is that the slanting "wings" can deform over time and sometimes slip out, meaning you have to manually slide them back in. Not that big of a problem, but it could be solved if Litt used a stronger material for these parts. In any case, I will not buy another

I have never worn a chest or back protector but I love it!

So far, so good! I was torn about getting this from 5.5. I knew I didn't need shoulder or forearm pads, but I also wanted a white protector. 5.5 is only available in black. So I took a chance on choosing a profile that I thought was an older model judging by its 4.5 number. I am very happy with my choice. It's a very durable protector, but I don't even know I'm wearing it. The closure system is great and I have the added benefit of rib protection in the form of wrapping it around a piece of…

Saved me from serious injury.

Used from the first day of skiing in the Winter Park. I feel like it's the best I could get if I screwed up. Let's just say I screwed up the rainmaker and missed the jump by 15ft according to the people I rode with (I thought it was a different jump) and became Superman, crashed and badly burned. I fractured four ribs under my right armpit 3, 4, 5 and 11 BUT the team said that without the chest protector I would have been flying in a helicopter. She didn't even have a bruise on her side. The…
