Good choice for crawl space

The blocks are well made and clearly use metal to conduct heat away from the LEDs - meaning it gets hot after hours of use but also keeps the LEDs within their preferred temperature range. 4 adjustable panels make it easy to direct the light where you need it. Just remember not to look away when you turn them on - they're very bright close-ups. Illegal in the US and Canada: Didn't last long. Caused severe radio interference. DO NOT BUY ! ! !

I installed two of them as ceiling lights in my garage and was initially satisfied with the even, bright light. Shortly after, my wife complained that all she could hear on the FM radio in the kitchen was a loud hum. We quickly learned that when the garage light comes on, FM radio range anywhere in the house disappears. I checked the indicators one by one and found that each of them is causing the problem. When you order this, your first impulse is "Hmmm. Small. Not enough light. Should have probably picked up a few more." Don't listen to that voice, they don't know what they're talking about.
