Very difficult to use. The LED strip I used didn't match the clips most of the time and when they did the strip pulled out when I positioned it. All in all it was a very frustrating process ruining multiple 4 inch light strands. There must be a better way.

I've used them on a 6 pin RGB+CCT LED strip and you can get a good contact/connection on either end, you just have to push the pins firmly and try to cut the LED strip so that more copper is visible on one side (although you'll lose every segment of the strip between cuts, this still guarantees good contact). My only complaint is that I wish they had made the wires shorter so they could be looped around in tight corners.

I have used many of these strip connectors on various projects and have always had mixed results. On some rare occasions, small stripping lengths, simple stuff, I get a great connection right away with no issues. Most of the time I have to do a lot of connection troubleshooting because not all my colors are working or the connection is intermittent/weak. Unfortunately, the latter applies to these connections.
