I received two of these - one for each chinchilla. you love her You can go outside and be safe. don't lose yourself Seems to be pretty durable. Lowered a few centimeters and everything is fine. Easy to open.

Gave this to my brothers and sisters for Christmas and they love it. I'm warning you, they dropped one and it jumped. Also, the hamster's leg got stuck in it, so it was quite a tense affair xD

I bought this for our degu. The hole does not close properly. Luckily I was able to catch the degu and put it back in the cage. It is really irresponsible to sell this product.

My chinchilla loves it and I found it very strong. even after rolling down the stairs a little, the sphere remained whole and closed. Good product.

This ball rolls easily. Seems too big for a rat/guinea pig, but it's perfect. Well balanced. Just read the instructions to not leave your pet in the exercise ball for more than 1/2 hour. Animals need to drink water and rest.

Arrived very late, shipping box and item damaged inside to the point of being unusable. The lid of the exercise ball doesn't fit or close properly, the tear is in the ball where the lid connects to the ball itself. If it hadn't been damaged I would have given a better rating. Seems like a good product but I haven't even been able to use it.

I bought this for my little ferret as she is 8 years old and I don't want our two cats and our little dog got rough with her when i released her to play. 12.5 inches is just the right size, but if your ferret is taller, you may need something larger. Of course, she decided to poop in right away and demonstrate how easy it is to clean! It arrived very quickly!
