For those who say this model is too big. I don't know if they want a tight polo shirt or something. It's not for guys in skinny jeans. This is a men's shirt. I first ordered size XL which I order for every flannel and almost every garment I own. I tried it on and it was huge, the shirt was down to my knees, it looked like I was wearing a dress. So I sent it back for the large and it fit much better, still quite large so I washed it and it was perfect. I washed it again and it got tight again and now it's impossible to wear. I loved this shirt when it arrived. The sizing was a bit large which I expected so I ordered the size Large, it fit perfectly and was very comfortable. I'm only giving 3 stars because it shrinks after one wash. The attached photos show one unwashed and one washed - both large sizes. I followed the washing instructions on the label and now it's about an inch shorter, an inch narrower and the sleeves are almost 3 inches shorter than the original size - afraid to wash again.

Jokes aside, I like this shirt because the flannel is really soft and the price is right (and it came in a large size which I need for the shirt). When lounging around the home during the cooler months, I prefer to wear an unbuttoned long sleeve shirt over a t-shirt and this shirt has become my favorite. Very soft, stretchy and warm. I'm reconsidering this after a year of being worn mainly for steelhead fly fishing on some cold rivers here in Cleveland. It worked great. It is definitely more of a work flannel than a dress flannel. I'm 6'0" and 190 pounds. I wear a shirt with a 17" neckline and 33" sleeves. If this is your uniform, order Xlarge-Tall.
