Disappointment with construction toys

I'm a bit disappointed with how expensive Lego bricks are getting. I hate the fact that kids just want to play with new sets and after a few weeks end up in a toy box and never pick them up again. The essence of Lego is that you use your creativity to create something new every time, share with friends and try new things. It's not about copying a design someone made.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some flaws

Great set of "small " Lego.

Very basic set but again what you would expect. I bought this for my 5 year old who has special needs and it was just the number of steps it took him to keep his interest (about 5 minutes). He loves lego because his older brother is really into them but he can't complete the task of building them and it's very hard with them so we try to get him smaller sets that is when it breaks , we can restore it quickly or they are more durable. This fits the bill.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

For less than $5, your child can spend a good 30 minutes building and learning. Then, after this is done, he/she can imagine the shark chasing the surfer, the boat towing the surfer, the three having a picnic in the ocean together. It's amazing. It's easy for a 5-year-old to put together compared to complex sets of 500+ pieces. I highly recommend it for hours of fun! For less than $5!

Pros
  • Easy-to-Read Control Panel
Cons
  • Seller Communication

My favorite addition to storage and accessories

This was a great purchase (I've actually bought it twice). First time I bought this for my son to play with his sister while she is busy with her LEGO Friends beach sets. dipped in a Fairground blender (set #10244). Since I also bought this set, it's nice to know that our surfer can now "save" the poor woman from being constantly submerged in the water. The second purchase was made as a nice, cheap addition to the Coast Guard (set no.). 60014). All elements are fun and assembly is a pleasure…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Quality

Not big but a good choice for a gift.

I didn't need to own this set and can't say I flattered it when I got it. There are very few buildings and it doesn't make much of an exhibition on its own, but it's small and cheap. Sets with multiple figures at this price point are rare, and this set includes two humans and one animal. It contains a scene that children can act out themselves, e.g. B. a Coast Guard ship rescuing an endangered surfer or being inducted into a larger Lego beach town. These factors make it an ideal gift for…

Pros
  • Consistent results in testing
Cons
  • Could have opted for a newer model
