A fun and creative Lego gift!

13 year old granddaughter loves to build/create these 4 sets. One such detail is the uniqueness of keeping it in a "book”.

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Funny date night. in stacking blocks

The books are very small but they have some really interesting details. This is the height next to a regular 12-ounce can of soda. My boyfriend and I bought different houses for dates.

Pros
  • Trial version for one year
Cons
  • Very expensive

Great sentence! for designers

Overall, I really like this set. Looks cool and it's great that it can be closed like a book. I would say this is best done with adults or older builders as some parts can be a bit confusing.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • There is a negative

A very fun Lego set for Harry Potter fans.

I love this set! It's so much fun and a clever idea. Two things Lego could improve on are that the minifigures don't fit inside the book when it's closed and the book doesn't snap shut. I wrap it with a rubber band but that's something they could understand for the price.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

Eternal expiry date!

Fun. But sometimes it's frustrating because my hands are old, some small parts are not easy to put together when your hands are shaking like mine. Still. I felt it was a great achievement that the end results were worthy of my collection. At this point in my life they are not toys but works of art for display only.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • No Instructions

NO book border!

So I'm missing an important piece in this LEGO set. The frame for the book isn't in bag 1 and bag 2 where I hoped it was accidentally placed, but no. This is very frustrating because even if I put everything else together (assuming there are no other missing pieces), how am I going to put it together as a closed book/classroom?

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Negative print

Great Lego set, not great. Revain packaging

My daughter loved this classroom collection. I thought Seta was a little bigger. The only thing I didn't like was the packaging from the Revain delivery. It was packaged in a plastic bag and the set I ordered as a gift was in pretty bad shape as far as the box goes, so it was a heck of a mistake. I wouldn't care if we ordered it for ourselves, but as a gift it would be a bit ugly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Expensive

Great set even if your kids aren't into Harry Potter

Our kids have never seen a Harry Potter movie or read a Harry Potter book but somehow learned the basics through their friends and just pop culture in general. Her current Lego project is Magic High School with dormitories and classrooms. and magic tests, so this set is perfect. Built to the instructions, it cleverly folds into a book for easy portability and storage. Add to other sets if it offers bookshelves, tables, desks and other pieces useful for creating Lego classrooms and similar…

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
