LEGO Star Wars T 16 Skyhopper Review

Bought as a gift for my niece who is a huge Star Wars fan and she loved it! She took her time and assembled it following simple instructions.

Great product, good instructions, but I'm angry. As soon as I finished assembling my T-16 Skyhopper, Imperial troops showed up and blew it to pieces. Destructive Forget POWER where KraGle is. This is far from the end.

This is a really great set for its size and price. The assembly is mostly held together with Technic pins and axle hole pieces, making it a lot more fun to build and durable in the end. Great for hunting womprats!

The Tusken Raider minifigure alone in this set is a worthwhile purchase. I built this for myself and quickly found that my two grandchildren wanted to play with this set (one of them is five years old and did amazingly well with his role play). In my opinion this is a great Lego set and if you find it on sale it will make an exceptional set apart from those who don't like Star Wars themed Lego sets.

As this is the first version of the T-16 produced since 2003 it is a very pleasing sight and a fantastic improvement over the old version. The Tusken Raider is included for the first time since 2002 and, like the ship, is a major update with the introduction of a new headgear. This ship hasn't been in the movies for a significant length of time, so it's great to see this unique vehicle again.
