Tape is very easy to apply, Velcro seems very strong and durable. However, it takes little work. Since my tiny wrists aren't small enough to tighten the strap to use all of the Velcro, it doesn't lay as flat as it should. I will return it for a larger size.

This nylon strap doesn't irritate my skin like silicone. I like that it can be customized, but it's a little different than the pink Garmin vivoactive 4 I have. I've been looking for a nylon strap of exactly the same color but it doesn't seem to exist yet.

In general, a regular belt. I would give fewer stars except that it's very hard to find a band of this size. The mount on the watch (not the quick release pin) is plastic, which worries me about durability since the last watch I had was plastic (upgraded to a smaller watch). Perfect fit for my Garmin Venu 2S. The velcro is already detached from the tape as shown in the second photo. I don't have much faith that this will last for long.
