Nice heavy cable the best in electronics

I love that it has an LED that lights up when the unit is on. Replaced 5 year old cable. well made but heavy / this is good although means the lower resistance conductors will fit

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Good quality, great price!

Pretty basic solid 30Amp power cord for a camper van. I currently have a 30ft Furrion and wanted a longer version without the use of extensions. I don't think you can beat this option for the money. I like the smaller "finger hole" on the rosette and also that it goes well with my search guard as you can see in the photos.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Great durable cable at a great price!

Great product, especially for the price! We needed one for our RV and for some reason not every store we visited had cables like this or even a dog bone adapter to work with the cables sold in the store. This cable works great when connected to both our generator and the shore grid. Sturdy cable with retaining ring that was what we needed, I would recommend this cable for the price and quality.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Compatibility

We needed a very long cable to connect it to the house. It is important to us to have a strong cable, as well as the presence of an indicator that will allow you to see immediately that it is working. But as mentioned in previous reviews, the male end of the plug is oversized so the outside switch box won't close. Therefore you can also use a drop-down adapter. Would have given 5 stars if it could fit in the switch box but we knew that in advance from previous reviews. Great cord!

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • So far so good

The cord seems to work fine, but at least it's attached to the twist lock.

The cable seems to work fine but at least when plugged into the twist lock socket I have the green power LED is at 3 o'clock. In addition, the 15 amp converter is oriented in such a way that the cable must point upwards for connection to a conventional socket. At least in my house, the outside cover isn't far enough away for this orientation to work. My guess is that most outdoor outlets are similar, so without an additional traditional power strip, the usefulness of this converter is limited.

Pros
  • Cell Phone
Cons
  • Modern

Replacement for Furrion 30' RV cable

Bought to replace the Furrion RV cable. Used once to test and works perfectly. The Furrion cable overheated during the last ride and melted at the connector. And damaged one of the connectors. I think the real problem was in the old wiring. Never had a problem with the updated camping wiring. Also did it with a surge protector (to be honest that's what the switches are for and they tripped during use. The new RV cord seems decent, obviously overpriced like everything else. The jumper ring isโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.
